The Hungarian Janos Jakab - in the opinion of experts the greatest European table tennis talent - has extended his equipment contract with JOOLA until December 31, 2008 for another 4 years. Ever since 1998 the 17-year-old European Vice Youth Champion has been attached to JOOLA. We have continuously supported his way to the top. Last autumn Janos started his international Men's career with victories against Blaszczyk, Vyborny and the Japanese Miramori. At the Danish Open he even brought the former World Champion Jörgen Persson to the rim of defeat. JOOLA will individually support Janos Jakab with especially coordinated measures on this way to the top. That was the reason Janos declined other offers. "JOOLA has excellently supported me in all fields. We have worked out a programme for the future which will enable me to reach the top. I also do very well with JOOLA material - my K5 blade and the Mambo rubbers. Therefore there was no question to play with JOOLA in the future as well. I am looking forward to the next steps," said Janos Jakab after signing the contract.

We are also glad and hope that Janos will manage to follow the footsteps of his idol Jörg Roßkopf and will win many titles.
